After a month of waiting, my dress finally arrived. I ordered it on line and had never tried it on or anything. Thankfully according to their measurements I was an exact size 6. It fits really well. There are some things that I couldn't tell from the pictures online but knowing that we had to do alterations anyway, that shouldn't be a problem. After getting the dress it was better apparent that there will be fewer alterations then expected so that is exciting.
In the church it is amazing how the lord uses his people to help one another. One of the sister in the ward that I visit each month said she would be able to help me with the alterations and is very excited to get started. We only have a few weeks before I leave so we will be getting together more often to be able to get everything done in time.
For obvious reasons I will not be posting pictures of the dress. You will just have to wait until April to see me or pictures afterword.
