Celebrate America

This was our last year going to the Driggs Celebrate America event. We will not be in Rexburg for the 4th next year. We will have to find some place else for our 4th of July celebrations. It makes me sad because I really enjoy the fireworks in Drigg. Each year we have gone, they have gotten better.

This year the Beach Boys performed as well as Lee Greenwood, who sings "proud to be an American" It was a fun celebration but the fireworks were the best.

Luke saw fireworks for the first time. It was fun to see his reaction to them.

We all dressed in our patriotic best.

Luke in his Brand New Red, White and Blue shirt.

The Turner cousins came to visit us a few weeks ago, right after Luke was born. Eliza, his oldest cousin, was sick at the time so she didn't get to meet him until we all went to driggs.

We looked everywhere for a baby hat so Lukes little head would not burn. As you can see, we could not find one his size so we decided on a camo bandana instead.
