ARMY

In our progression toward getting into the Army, one of the requirements was that Zack be able to graduate in 6 semesters or less. As it turns out, he has at least 6 semesters of just classes left and then 800 hours of practical hours, or internship. So given that next year he will still be within the requirements of 4 to 6 semesters, we have decided that the best situation for us would be to wait a year before we join the ROTC. So that is the plan. As of now we still plan to join but at least this way Zack doesn't have to feel so rushed in his schooling and he has some more time to get physically ready for training. At this this point Zack has met the minimum requirements of his push ups and sit ups, and would like to better his time for the two mile run. He is doing very well and I am so proud of him. We work out after classes each day together and this whole thing has been a great experience for the both of us.

It sounds to me like no matter what happens in a year that you are both on the right track with your motivation and focus. I am so proud of you both. Just enjoy your schooling, and the fact that you are working together toward your goals.
