Rexburg Idaho just opened its first ever, Jimmy John's Gourmet Sandwiches, on February 16th 2010. The day that I left to go back to Arizona, so naturally we had to stop by and get one right when it opened. I am proud to say that Zack and I were the first customers of the new Rexburg location.
I was first introduced to these fantastic Sandwiches when I was in Texas visiting my sister Naomi. I have never been too big into sandwich places but after the first bite I was sold. Jimmy John's makes their own bread fresh each day, which is the best part. It is fantastic. They make the sandwich fast and unexpainably perfect.
Naomi brought up a good point when I told her of our adventure, that we should have gotten something special for being their first customer but we didn't think of that at the time. I am kind of sad about that now. However the sandwich was just a good as I remember, therefore, totally worth it anyway.
So to all those people who are not yet associated with said "Jimmy John's" I would advice you to partake of such perfection.

Sounds like I know where we will be going to eat after you go through the temple in April. That way we can all enjoy the experience.
I'm super jealous that you got to be their first customers. I'm not quite sure what you couldve scored had you asked for a momentum so don't stress over it too much. ;-) I'm just glad you can enjoy tasty sandwiches at good ol JJ's!
