I have gotten better at my cooking. I wasn't too bad before but Zack has taught me to season things. This one wasn't as much about the seasoning but just my first attempt which turned out pretty good if I do say so myself.
Chicken cordon bleu
chicken breast
ham
pepper jack cheese
using the double breading method, fried to keep the breading on and then baked. So good
